Nordic Forum for Mediation (NFM) was established in 1998 by mediators in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

The mission of NFM is to spread information about different kinds of mediations styles in order to promote mediation as a means of dispute resolution. Further more to support the development and use of mediation.

MFM is a meeting place for mediators and a forum for exchange of ideas, knowledge and experience among mediators in the Nordic countries.

NFM will furthermore enhance the co-operation among the Nordic countries.
